Tax Reporting

We can produce an annual tax report that details the declarable income received on your behalf through the course of the financial year. We can also produce a summary of your annual gains and losses to enable you to complete your Capital Gains Tax return without the need to wade through mountains of paperwork.

Client Access

You can check the value of all your Raymond James accounts and view past transactions and statements online via our client portal. We also have apps to enable you to view your accounts from your smartphone or tablet.

Investor Protection

Your assets are held by BNY Pershing Securities Limited.

BNY Pershing is part of the Bank of New York Mellon Corporation, one of the world’s strongest financial institutions, with $52.1 trillion in client assets* under custody and/or administration. 

In compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority’s Client Asset Rules, your investments are held on trust in accounts segregated from BNY Pershing’s own assets. In other words, they are ring-fenced from BNY Pershing’s own corporate assets. Therefore, in the unlikely event of default by Pershing, your assets would be allocated to you as the beneficial owner. 

In addition, the FCA’s Client Asset Rules require BNY Pershing to perform regular checks to verify that investor assets held in trust are accurately recorded.

Investment Reporting

We will produce valuation reports for your investment portfolios on a quarterly basis and confirmation of the assets held by our custodian, BNY Pershing Securities Limited, on an annual basis.
